Length of pole/Shadow(length)=7/2
-> L/2.4=7/2
Ans- 8.4

redhatleet: you're not gonna use trigonometry here, but simple ratios.

redhatleet: the ratio of height of pole and length of shadow is given, along with length of shadow. In this case. a 8th class student can solve this.
