hey there!
your answer is here.

Let the length and height be 5x and 3x respectively.

Lateral surface area of cuboid = 2h(l+b)

486 = 2(3x) (5x+12)

243 = 15x² + 36x

15x²+36x-243 = 0

By quadratic formula

X= -b±√b²-4ac/2a

= -36±√36²-4(15)(-243)/2(15)

= -36±√15876/30

= -36±126/30

= 90/30
= 3

Length = 5x = 5(3) = 15cm

Height= 3x = 3(3)= 9cm

hope it helps
