Heya HERE is your answer

When the electricity is passed through a wire than it produces a magnetic field around it which can be observed by spreading the iron nail near the wire. U will see that the iron nail will arrange themselves around a magnet when current is passed through it. So because of the production of magnetic field around a wire it behaves like a magnet.

I HOPE IT HELPS U

caronduke009: means
caronduke009: we have to cut the wire to make it open ??
caronduke009: ohh then in case of electric iron the wire is covered with an insulated
caronduke009: ok then
caronduke009: what is meant by zero field strength
caronduke009: pls answer me
caronduke009: i will give u brainliest

A magnetic field is formed around the wire in the form of circular rings if you pass current through a straight wire.
And if you do the same with a spring-like thing, for ex:- solenoid, then magnetic field is produced along its axis.
So it is proved that Magnetic field is produced by moving charges and thus the electricity which passes through do behaves like a magnet.
