Question :-

\sf \dfrac{x}{6} - \dfrac{2x}{7} = \dfrac{1}{21} + \dfrac{x}{7}

Answer :-

\sf \dfrac{x}{6} - \dfrac{2x}{7} = \dfrac{1}{21} + \dfrac{x}{7}

\sf \dfrac{7x}{42}-\dfrac{6(2x)}{42} = \dfrac{1}{21} + \dfrac{3x}{21}

\sf \dfrac{7x - 12x}{42} = \dfrac{3x + 1}{21}

\sf \dfrac{-5x}{42} = \dfrac{3x + 1}{21}

\sf \cancel{21} (-5x) = \cancel{42}(3x + 1)

\sf -5x = 2 ( 3x + 1 )

\sf -5x = 6x + 2

\sf -5x -6x = 2

\sf -11x = 2

\boxed{\sf x = -\dfrac{2}{11}}
