let the side BC be base of triangle of ∆ ABC
given : side AC = 17 and side BC = 10.5
Applying Pythagoras theorem
Hyp² = base² + height²
(17)² = (10.5)² + (height)²
289 = 110.25 + height²
height² = 289 - 110.25
= 178.75
taking √ both side
height² = √178.75
height = 13.36
