Fertilizers are mostly rich in one Type of chemical for eg-Nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus (NPK fertilizers) whereas manure show a wide variety of chemicals. Also manures are not harmful to the environment unlike fertilizers which are mostly factory based. Overall manure are better from an environmental prospect whereas fertilizers are great for adding a particular chemical to the soil. Fertilizers are good if used in small quantities.
