2. Found at a very crowded place where many people live
3. It was a 2 story building, not very big. Inside also it was very crowded. Building was not in a good condition. Somewhere the paint was not done on wall, cleanliness was not there.
4. They had a staff of 8-9 people. 4 Doctors, 2 nurse some receptionist were there.
5. Maybe some staff members were absent that day or actually there would be less staff or it is under staff. this is so because govt. not oversee what is happening in there hospitals, they are careless about it.
6. Fees was not asked medicines were given free which are prescribed by the doctor. Doctor's fees was also not charged.
7. There was a long line inside after almost 2 hours our turn came.
PRIVATE HEALTH SERVICES:
1. They are owned by a private company.
2. Hospital was a bit far, but the place was not overcrowded.
3. It was a huge hospital, great from inside also everything was very clean. Cleanliness and Hygiene was given great importance.
4. There was a big staff, around 45-50 members. Specialist doctors, many nurses.
5. It was over staff there so that a patient should not find any difficulty there in the hospital.
6. Charges were very high. Doctors 's fees was around Rs 600, medicines cost extra that was also too much approx R s2000 to Rs5000, and above!!
7. There was almost no waiting period. Our turn came in just 5 minutes.
