for solving the Question , add the diagonals first...[as shown above]

on Adding

[ 69 + 23 + 28 ] = 100

So, whenever we will add horizontally, vertically, and diagonally, we will get 100.


Let [?] be x .

so,

[ 38 + 23 + x ] = 100

=> 61 + x = 100

=> x = 100 - 61

=> x = 39
