GOOD MORNING!!!

Sin x + Cos x = p

SQUARING BOTH SIDE'S

( Sin x + Cos x )² = p²

=>

Sin²x + Cos² x + 2 Sinx × Cos x = p²

=>

1 + 2 Sin x × Cos x = p²

=>

2Sin x × Cos x = p² - 1 ... Equation 1

And

Sec x + Cosec c = q

=>

Sin x + Cos x = q × Sin x × Cos x

=>

Sin x × Cos x = {Sin x + Cos x }/q

Now, put value of Sin x × Cos x in Equation i

2{ p/q } = p² -1

=>

2p = q { p² - 1 }
