Line AB is bigger than DC , so AB = height of building and DC = height of tower and angle ACB = 30 and angle DBC = 60

In triangle DBC,

tan 60 = DC/BC

√3 = 60/BC

BC = 60/√3

BC = 20√3 m .....(1)

Now In triangle ABC ,

tan 30 = AB/BC

1/√3 = AB/20√3  (from 1)

AB = 20 m

Therefore height of building is 20 m
