i.e. refractive index = C/V
1.50= 3*10^8/V
V = 3*10^8 / 1.50
V=10* 3*10^8/15
V= 10*10^8/5
V= 2*10^8

Speed of light in glass =3×10^8/1.50
=2×10^8
