BC = ED ( Given in the diagram ) ---> 1.

∠ BAC = ∠ EFD ( Given in the diagram )

∠ ABC = ∠ FED ( Right angle ) ---> 2.

In both the Δ's two angle's are equal, so the 3rd angle must be equal, according to the angle sum property of Δ.

Therefore, ∠ BCA = ∠ EDF ---> 3

By 1, 2 & 3,

and by SAS rule of concruency,

Δ ABC is congruent and similar to Δ FED.

Hence proved.
