{\boxed{\blue{\bf{Question 12}}}}

Let the three consecutive integers be x, x+1, x+2 in increasing order

Multiply 2,3,4 respectively

2(x)+3(x+1)+4(x+2)

This aad up to 74

2(x)+3(x+1)+4(x+2)=74

2x+3x+3+4x+8=74

9x+11=74

9x=74-11=63

X=63÷9=7

Therefore the three consecutive integers are 7,8,9

{\boxed{\blue{\bf{Question 16}}}}

25a2 – 4b2 + 28bc – 49c2

= (5a)2 – (4b2 – 28bc + 49c2)

= (5a)2 – {(2b)2 – 2(2b)(7c) + (7c)2}

= (5a)2 – (2b – 7c)2

= (5a – 2b + 7c)(5a + 2b – 7c)

\LARGE{\underline{\purple{\sf{Question\: 14}}}}

ABCD is a rectangle. its diagonals meet at O. Find the value of "a" if OA = 2a + 4 and OD = 3a + 1 . Draw the figure and also write the properties used to solve the question Answer

_______________

\LARGE{\underline{\purple{\sf{Answer\: 14}}}}

⇒ In the given figure ABCD is a rectangle.

⇒ OA = 2a + 4 and OD = 3a + 1 [Given]

⇒ AC and BD are diagonals of a rectangle.

⇒ We know that diagonals of a rectangle are equal.

⇒ So, AC = BD

We can also write it as,

⇒ 2 × OA = 2 × OD

⇒ 2 × (2a + 4) = 2 × (3a + 1)

⇒ 2a + 4 = 3a + 1
