We get angry when we suffer . When it comes to people whom we love most probable reason is because of expectations we have from them. People whom we love have a special place in our world, we treat them differently, we do things differently.

coz whom we care we expect them to do things rightly so that they do not have to suffer from their ill effects and if they will suffer from problems ultimately we will feel bad so we tend to anger on them
this also causes them to realise that they have done wrong which has harmed you too so if they will care for you too they will not repeat the same mistake again and think twice if this will create a problem for them and ultimately you also
it is very true that if u really care for a person u will tend to do anger on their mistakes
