MEDHAVI AND THE SCHOOL COUNSELLOR

Once upon a time, there was a brilliant student named Medhavi. She belonged to a good and rich family too. She always top in the class. One day, suddenly her performance in academic and extra circular activities became poor. It was a big thing for all the teachers and her parents. Her teachers and parents both worried about her. Her parents tried to talk to her but she didn't give attention to them properly. Then, one day the school counsellor talked to her and asker her, “What happened to you suddenly?”. She replied,“The reason of my change in academic and extra circular activities is little sleep, early morning coaching classes, long hours of self study at night and i'm getting poor diet there days.” The counsellor told her that you must have changed in your lifestyle. I'll suggest you some lifestyle changes. You must eat the food which is good for you, don't eat any type of junk food. Keep your coaching classes in the evening after school, it will be easy to you to study in the evening. After that, sleep for eight to ten hours daily. It is necessary for all the students. It will make a huge change in you again. Try to follow my rules which I had old to you now. Some days later, gradually Medhavi performances improved. She became good in all the things again and she thanked her school counsellor for this.
