HELLO Ammu,

______________________

 \sqrt{3} x - y + 3 = 0 \\ \\ = > - y = - \sqrt{3} x - 3 \\ \\ = > - y = - ( \sqrt{3} x + 3) \\ \\ = > y = \sqrt{3}x + 3

Comparing it with y  = mx + c

m \: = tan \: thita \: = \sqrt{3} = \: tan \: 60

So, Angle is 60 degree.
