Let the radius of Ist cylinder be 2x
IInd cylinder be 3x
The height of Ist cylinder be 5x
IInd cylinder be 3x
ratio of volume of cylinder=
 \frac{volume \: of \: ist \: cylinder}{volume \: of \: iind \: cylinder}
 \frac{\pi {r}^{ 2}h }{\pi {r}^{2} h}
4x^2*5x/9x^2*3x
 \frac{20}{27}

ĀNSWĒR ⏬⏬

GIVEN ▶

radii of two cylinders are in the ratio ▶2:3

and their heights are in ratio ▶ 5:3

FIND ▶
Ratio of their volumes

Let radii of two cylinders are ▶ r ,R

and ,the heights of two cylinders ▶h,H

given r:R=2:3

r/R=2/3

similarly

h:H=5:3

h/H=5/3

So,

Ratio of their volumes ▶

V1/V2

=πr^2h/πR^2H

=(r/2)^2(h/H)

=(2/3)^2(5/3)

=4/9×5/3

=20/27

therefore , Ratio of their volumes ▶ 20:27
