the remaining part is

C6H11CONH

we know,

CONH2 is amide group

and,C6H11OH is referd as carboxamide

so,

The naming will be

N-phenyl carboxamide

Answer: option d will be the answer

CONH is functional group and it will be suffix in this IUPAC. It will be called carboxamide

as cyclohexane and phenol groups are attached to this functional group so they will be having one hydrogen less and they will be called cyclohexyl and phenyl.
