f(2) = 14

Similarly, f (3) = f(2) + f(1) = 21

f (4) = f(2) + f(2) = 28

... We can see a pattern

that its multiple of 7

So, summation ( from t= 1 to 39) = 7 + 14 + 21 +... + 7*39

It is in AP

Sum of AP for n = 39,

Sum = 39/2[ 2*7 + 38*7]

Sum = 39/2 * [ 2*7 + 2*19*7]

Sum = 39 * [ 7+133]

Sum = 39 * 140

So sum = 5460

sum(t = 0   \:  \: to  \: \:  t = 39)f(t) = 5460
