Given :

 \dfrac{2}{3}  +  \dfrac{1}{3}  +  \dfrac{7}{3}

Solution :

Since the Denominators are of same value , The numerators get added up !

 \implies \:  \dfrac{2 + 1 + 7}{3}

 \bf \:  \implies \:  \dfrac{10}{3}

Option (a) 10 / 3 is the right answer.
