yes as you throw a heavy ball in upward direction there is change in the normal force on your feet as due to the gravitational force which is perpendicular opposite to your applying force which is actually in upward direction

sure there is a change in weight (as in force). Recalling Newton's third law of motion, every action causes equal and opposite reaction. Since u throw the ball upward, there has to be an equal force downwards, which is directed at your feet
