For instance Government put constitutive rules on its people for instance Government implemented a tax on every good bought.One example of constitutive rules— A footballer should not touch the ball with his hand.
2.It is important for citizens in a democracy to observe fundamental duties so that the rights given to every person of the society by the constitution does not gets violate.. if the fundamental rights of any individuals are violated then the person have the right to access to the court
3.The poet refers to water.If water disappears from the earth life would be impossible. Plants and animals which need water for living , will die. Water is used for various purposes like cooking, cleaning, washing, bathing etc. Without it human needs would not be fulfilled. Without water growing crops would not be possible thus food would not be available for humans. Industries depend on water as it is used as a raw material, a solvent , a coolent, a transporting agent and for generating electricity. Without water industrialisation would not be possible.
When plants do not get sufficient water, they do not grow to their expected height, have reduced photosynthetic activity and produce less harvest than expected. Without enough water, plants will also be susceptible to diseases, which can eventually lead to the death of the plant.
This may result in no food, no oxygen, no rain and eventually end of all forms of life on the Earth.
4.To begin with one important thing everybody can agree: without children, human race will die out. Therefore nature has given us a basic instinct of self preservation, which automatically leads to the desire of having children.

I can't talk for others but my children helped me gain a totally different perspective. They unconditionally loved me in a their initial years, taught me to forgive and forget, made me understand that happiness can found in very small things, they made me learn that I have a cabability sacrifice many things for someone and without feeling frustrated, they are a continuous source of hope and energy to me and never let me give up….
Having said that we don't just do things out of tradition or expectation. We don't just have kids because that's what's expected or because it's what our parents did. We are more likely to have kids as a statement, as a lifestyle choice. And this choice needs to be well thought. Caution and preparation are helpful.
They actually get to know the real world, challenges of being a parent and that teaches the Parent a life lesson that was being shared by the grand parents and great grand parents.
