No,Raju is wrong it because a vertex of a triangle cannot be the centroid...

Centroid is the point where all the 3 medians intersect..
the formula for centroid is
Centroid={x1+x2+x3 whole by(÷)3 , y1+y2+y3 whole by(÷)3}

X1+X2+X3+/3; y1+y2+y3/3

3+(-2)+5/3; (-2)+1+4/3

6/3; 3/3
2/1; 3/3
2;1

it is not midpoint of the triangle
