Let B take 'x' days to do the work alone

B's 1 day work = 1/x

A's efficiency = 75% of B's efficiency

→ A's 1 day work = 3/4 x 1/x = 3/4x

Also, B's efficiency = 400% of C's efficiency

C's 1 day work = 1/4 x 1/x = 1/4x

Now, together they complete the work in 3 days, → Their 1 day work = 3/4x + 1/x + 1/4x = 1/3

→ 2/x = 1/3

⇒ x = 2 × 3 = 6 days

B can alone do the work in 6 days
