Diameter of cylinder = 14 cm

Radius =  7 cm

Height = 20 cm

CSA = 2πrh

= 2 x 22/7 x 7 x 20

= 44 x 20
= 880 cm²

But the area of label height of label h2 = 20 -2 -2 = 16 cm

CSA = 2 x 22/7 x 7  x 16

= 44x 16 = 704 cm²
