Step-by-step explanation:

let us consider the triangle is triangle ABC

coordinates of the vertices A,B,C are,

A (2 , 3 )

B (5 , 4 )

C ( 6 , 7 )

we know distance formula,

Distance = √ [(y2 - y1 )² + ( x2 - x1 )²]

length of side AB

= √ [ ( 4 - 3 )² + (5 - 2 )² ]

= √ [ ( 1)² + (3)² ]

= √ [ 1 + 9 ]

= √ 10

Now,

length of side BC

= √ [ ( 7 - 4 )² + (6 - 5 )² ]

= √ [ (3)² + (1)² ]

= √ [ 9 + 1 ]

= √(10)

Now,

length of AC

= √ [ (7 - 3 )² + (6 - 2)² ]

= √ [ (4)² + (4)² ]

= √ ( 16 + 16 )

= √ 32 = √( 16 x 2) = 4 √2

if we consider AC as a hypotenuse then by Pythagoras theorem

( AC)² = (AB) ² + (BC) ²

(4√2)² = (√10)² + (√10)²

8 = 10 + 10

8 = 20

hence it is not a right angle triangle

here we can conclude that 8 < 20 , therefor the measure of /_ B is more than 90°

,the one side AC is much bigger than other remaining two sides therefor the given triangle is obtuse angle isosceles triangle ( /_B > 90° )
