ANSWER___✍️

Stars are twinkling because refraction of light as the Light travels from the star, it continuously travells from light medium to dense medium as it enters into Atmosphere.
When the light enter from light medium to dense one it bends towards the perpendicular drawn at the separation surface of two mediums. Continuous changing of star's position between these two points (ie. Original and imaginary) make it seem twinkling.

✨✨Stars do not really twinkle, they just appear to twinkle when seen from the surface of Earth. The stars twinkle in the night sky because of the effects of our atmosphere. When starlight enters our atmosphere it is affected by winds in the atmosphere and by areas with different temperatures and densities.✨✨
