  • Democracy is important because it give citizens equal opportunities to help make laws, vote for leaders and be protected by laws and rights that are in place.
  • most fundamental features can be described as: Preamble, Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles, Secularism, Federalism, Republicanism, Independence of Judiciary, Rule of Law, and Liberal Democracy.
  • Freedom of speech is the right to state one's opinions and ideas without being stopped or punished.
  • good political leader needs to be both confident in himself or herself as well in their ability to lead.
