(3+√3)(2+√2)

multiplying 1st with 3rd

then 1st with 4th

then 2nd with 3rd

then 3rd with 4th

6 + 3√2 + 2√3 + √6

= 3(2+√2) + √3(2+√2)
= 6 + 3√2 + 2√3+√6
