the metal whose work function is less than the energy of the incident light will EMIT photoelectrons .
energy of light ,
E = 1242 eV / lemda
= 1242 / 350
= 3.55 eV
since work function of metal is greater than the energy of light so it will not delete photo electrons .
but metal B will limit photoelectrons as its work function is less than the energy of incident light .
