 \frac{6x + 1}{3}   + 1 =  \frac{x - 3}{6}  \\ on \: solving \: it \\  \frac{6x + 3 + 1}{3}  =  \frac{x - 3}{6}  \\ 6x + 4 =  \frac{x - 3}{2}  \\ 12x + 8 = x - 3 \\ 11x =  - 11 \\ x =  - 1
