The answer is here,

Given that,

OA=OB=OC=OD =14cm.

Length of the boundary = perimeter of two semi-circles +perimeter of OBC +perimeter of OAD.

 =  >  \: 2\pi \ r + 2( \frac{2\pi \ r}{4} )

 =  >  \: 2( \frac{22}{7} )( \frac{14}{2} ) +  \frac{22}{7} (14)

 =  >  \: 44 + 44

=> 88cms.

Area => Area of 2 semicircles +Area of two quadrant circle.

 =  >  \: 2( \frac{\pi {r}^{2} }{2} ) + \: 2( \frac{\pi {r}^{2} }{4}  )

 =  >  \: \pi {r}^{2}  +  \frac{\pi {r}^{2} }{2}

 =  >  \:  \frac{22}{7} ( {7}^{2} ) +  \frac{1}{2} ( \frac{22}{7} )( {14}^{2} )

 =  >  \: 154 + 308

 =  >  \: 462 {cm}^{2}

:-(Hope it helps u.
