here is ur answer .

if we take lcm we get
lcm being 20.
$8x - 12 + 5x + 15 \div 20 = 4x + 1 \div 7$
if we simplify this we get,
$3x + 3 \div 20 = 4x + 1 \div 7$
if we cross multiply
we get,
$21x + 21 = 80x + 20$
on transposition we get
$59x = 1$
and
$x = 1 \div 59$
