Let the number of solid spheres be "x"

Volume of "x" spheres =  Volume of cylindrical tank

Diameter of sphere = 6 cm
Radius = 6/2 = 3 cm
Volume = 4/3πr³ = 4/3 x 3³ x π = 4 x 9 π = 36π cm³
Volume of "x" spheres = 36π x cm³

Diameter of tank = 18 cm
Radius = 18/2 = 9 cm
Height= 40 cm

Volume = πr²h = 9² x 40 π = 3240π cm³

36π x = 3240π
x = 3240π ÷ 36π
x = 90

So there are 90 spheres

Hope This helps You!
