Table salt is not compeletely NaCl as it contains element such as magnesium etc.

So, when it comes in contact of atmosphere it absorbs water molecules to make it's hydrated form making table salt sticky during rainy season.

Table salt become moist if expose to humid air because :
1.Table salt contains several impurities like calcium and magnesium chloride which are deliberately.
2.Hence the impurities absorb moisture from air, thereby turning common salt sticky and wet.
