If a person is addicted to a drug, then we should try our best to distract him/her from that and make up his mind to have an addiction for some art or good thinks.

Without consulting doctors, if a person takes a medicine, he/she might risk their life in a more dangerous path. The unnecessary medicines or irrelevant medicine may bring him/her on a way near to death. Thus, it should be avoided and a doctor must be consulted before taking any medicine.

Daily exercises, balanced diet, avoiding highly oily and junk foods, and good behavior can lead one's life to a happy, healthy, fit and safe life.

In the name of modernization, the society is degrading and Indian civilization is getting weak over the western civilization. The society, now, only thinks of themselves and lacking behind the one who actually need them in their worst time. It makes rich, richer and poor, more poorer. So this inhumanity acts needs to be stopped for better culture.
