HEY DEAR !!!!
We came to know that our memories are true if we get true feelings of them.We always remember good memories but bad memories are also not forgettable.If our memory makes us happy then only we can realise that our memorise are true.If any incident caused then we can say that our memories are not true or sometimes it will be true.But always remember that make only gud memories.

Well, they are “real” in the sense of being real experiences. Are your memories “accurate” in terms of what really happened? No. Memories are reconstructive, imperfect, and partial. That’s why scientists don't rely only on their memories. They make observations at the time something happens and record it with video tape, instrument readings, written notes, etc.
