If bx^3+3x^2-3 is divided by x-4 then the remainder is R1
So.. b (4)^3+3 (4)^2-3=R1
64b+48-3=R1
64b+45=R1----- eq 1
Now if 2x^3-5x+b is divided by x-4 then the remainder is R2
So.. 2 (4)^3-5 (4)+b=R2
128-20+b=R2
b+108=R2--- eq2
given 2R1-R2=0
So. 2(64b+45)-b-108=0
128b+90-b-108=0
127b-18=0
b=18/127
