1 + 4 = 5
So, 4 × 1 + 1 = 5

2 + 5 = 12
So, 5 × 2 + 2 = 12

3 + 6 = 21
So, 6 × 3 + 3 = 21

5 + 8 = ?
So, 8 × 5 + 5 = 45

solution;

Here, we can see a pattern ....

in 1st , at 2nd place (4) we should multiply (4+1 = 5)

then 1 × 5 = 5

In 2nd, at place of (5) we should multiply with (5 + 1 = 6)

then, 2 × 6 = 12

similarly, in 4th, at a place of (8) we should multiply with (8+1=9)

thus, 5 × 9 = 45

Thus, your final result is 45

Hope you get the pattern!!
