ghee is fats so it becomes glycerol and fatty acids
sabudana kichadi has tapioca which is a protein so it gets digested to form amino acids
milk has all the bio molecules (that is fats carbohydrates and proteins) so it gets converted into amino acids, fatty acids, glycero and glucose
