parliament is the body which consist wity a president, lowehouse means loksabha and upperhouse means rajyasabha,here all the bill and amendment are introduce both the house but money bill is only one bill which is introduced in loksabha, and remained all bill can in introduce in any one of the house, and at last their should be president signature or agreement to become this bill as act or law. loksabha consists 545 members currently where 2 seats are reserved for anglo indians and rest of the are MP from each state and UT( Delhi or puducherry only) and another hand rajyasabha consist 250 members and currently their is 245 members in which 12 are reserved for anglo indians both anglo indians seats are nominated by president of india to maintain equal representation of all community of india. all the indian services are only created on rajyasabha which can't be dissolved but loksabha can be dissolved by president.
