To find : The factors of given function

 {x}^{3} - 2 {x}^{2} - x + 2

Solution :

 {x}^{3} - 2 {x}^{2} - x + 2 \\ \\ = > {x}^{2} (x - 2) - 1(x - 2) \\ \\ = > ({x}^{2} - 1)(x - 2) \\ \\ = > (x + 1)(x - 1)(x - 2)

So, the factors of given function will be (x+1), (x-1) and (x-2).
