→ Total mangoes = 85 kg .

→ mangoes she sold = 85% of 85 kg = (85 * 85)/100 = 72.25 kg.

therefore, 72.25 kg of mangoes were sold .

Answer 2) :-

→ Total number of animals = 125

→ % of animals lions and zebra = 60% .

so,

→ % of tigers = 100% - 60% = 40% (Ans.)

To Find :  how many kilos were sold

Solution:

Its given that she has 85 kg of mangoes

She was able to sell 85 %   of her mangoes

need to find how many kgs of mangoes she sold

need to find 85 % of  total mangoes to find mangoes sold

(85 / 100) * 85

= 72,25 kg mangoes  she sold

60% of animals are lions and zebra

hence tigers are 100 - 60 = 40 %

(40/100) * 125 = 50
