Q. no . 6

From the graph it is clear that The body continues to move with same velocity even after time t

Hence body is moving with uniform velocity with 0 acceleration

Question no. 7

We know that

 Average \:Acceleration =\frac{ \triangle v}{\triangle}

Where delta v is chamge in velocity and delta t is chamge in time

Given Car is moving with a speed of 72km/hr

or

72 \times  \frac{5}{18} m s {}^{ - 1}  = 20ms {}^{ - 1}

Also it is stated that thr car comes to rest i.e, Final velcity =0m/s

Given Time taken to stop car is 10sec

Then average Acceleration is

 Acc_{avg}=\frac{0-20}{10-0}=\frac{-20}{10}= -2ms^{-2}

Question no. 8

The simplest method used here is to multiply it by 5/18

Proof

Let the speed be V km/hr

Then in order to convert it to m/s

We have to multiply by 1000 to convert km to m

And divide by 60×60 to convert hr to sec

 V km/hr \frac{1000}{60\times 60}m/s

 \frac{1000}{3600}= \frac{10}{36}=\frac{5}{18}ms^{-}

Hence to convert 36 km\hr

Multiply it by 5\18

36 \times  \frac{5}{18}  = 5 \times 2 = 10m {s}^{ - 1}

Question no. 9

Vector are those physical quantities That requiee a magnitude as well a direction to express themselves

For eg.

Force and Acceleration

THIS IS AN HYPOTHETICAL STATEMENT

When we Casually say that He\she applied 10N Force towards direction of the motion to stop It . We gave the magnitude or the Value i.e, 10N , Also we gave the direction i.e, Towards the direction of motion , Hence Force is considered a Vector Quantity

Question no. 10

We know that Speed is given by

speed =\frac{distance}{time}

Distance = \pi \times r Since body covered a semicircle hence Distance will be Of the arc

 \huge{REFER\: THE\: ATTACHMENT}

 Distance = \frac{22}{7}\times 7=22 cm\: or \:0.22m

time =5sec

 Speed =\frac{distance }{time}=\frac{0.22}{5}=0.044ms^{-1}
