2C₂H₆ + 7O₂ ====> 4CO₂ + 6H₂O

⇒ 2 × 22.4 litre of C₂H₆ reacts completely with 7 × 22.4 litre of O₂ to produce 4 × 22.4 litre of CO₂ and 6 × 22.4 litre of water.

⇒ 2 litre of C₂H₆ reacts completely with 7 litres of O₂

we know that one litre = 1000 cm³

⇒ 2 × 1000cm³ of C₂H₆ reacts completely with 7 × 1000cm³ of O₂

⇒ 2cm³ of C₂H₆ reacts completely with 7cm³ of O₂

⇒ 30cm³ of C₂H₆ reacts completely with (30 cm³ × 7 cm³)/(2 cm³) = 105cm³

Given in the question that 30cm³ of ethane gas was burnt with 105cm³ oxygen gas but we know that 30cm³ of C₂H₆ reacts completely with 105cm³ of oxygen with out leaving any unreacted gas.

so the answer is Option D - all of them are consumed.
