Adding NaOH to any solution will make the solution more basic and the same will be true for a buffer made from H3PO4 and NaH2PO4. Just how basic the solution becomes will depend on the amount of NaOH added and the concentration and volume of the buffer. The change in pH will not be linear. The pH curve for a 1M solution of H3PO4 is given below. The pH of the system you describe is somewhere in the region marked, “You are here!”



Upon addition of NaOH the pH of the solution will increase as the entire system moves to the right along the curve. The exact pH will depend on the amount of NaOH added.
