Let us Consider, Square in Pentagon which is in Hexagon as : SPH

\heartsuit  First Row :

⇒ SPH + SPH + SPH = 45

⇒ 3SPH = 45

⇒ SPH = 15

⇒ Square + Pentagon + Hexagon = 15

⇒ Square = 5

⇒ Pentagon = 5

⇒ Hexagon = 5

Let us Consider, Four Bananas as : FB

\heartsuit  Second Row :

⇒ FB + FB + SPH = 23

⇒ 2FB + 15 = 23

⇒ 2FB = 8

⇒ FB = 4

⇒ Each Banana is Equal to 1

\heartsuit  Third Row :

⇒ FB + 3'O'Clock + 3'O'Clock = 10

⇒ 4 + 2 × (3'O'Clock) = 10

⇒ 2 × (3'O'Clock) = 6

⇒ (3'O'Clock) = 3

⇒ (2'O'Clock) = 2

\heartsuit  Fourth Row :

⇒ 2'O'Clock + Three Bananas + Three Bananas × Pentagon in Hexagon

⇒ 2 + 3 + (3 × 10)

⇒ 5 + 30

⇒ 35
