Secretion of accessory glands is absent from semen, the sperm will encounter difficulty in transport.

Explanation:

The two accessory glands present in the testes are called as Prostate gland and Bulbourethral gland. The main function of these two glands is to help in ejaculation, which means transportation of sperm into the vagina of female reproductive system.

Both the glands produces a slippery fluid like content which helps in smooth ejaculation of the sperm from penis. Thus when these secretions are absent it will make sperm ejaculation or transportation difficult.
