3x^2 + 2 = 7x
3x^2 - 7x + 2 = 0
3x^2 -6x -x + 2 = 0
3x( x - 2) -1( x - 2 ) = 0
x = 2, 1/3
so now,
9(2)^2 - 4/2^2 = 36 - 1 = 35 ANSWER.
