In circular motion A = At + Ar
Where At = acceleration whose direction is tangent to the circle = dv/dt
And Ar = acceleration whose direction is radial to the circle = v^2/r
Here At= dv/d=0 (because v is constant)
And Ar = v^2/r =v^2/1
Hence a =v^2
